Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Oase / Ops hotel operations platform (the “Service”) provided by StayOps Pro (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you (“you”, “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Oase / Ops is a cloud-based platform that helps hotel operators manage day-to-day operations including room status, guest issue reporting, housekeeping & maintenance task lists, shift checklists, and team accountability across one or more properties.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription & Billing (Stripe Integration)

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to the following:

  • All payments are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically through Stripe.
  • Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
  • Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

Subscription tiers, included features, and pricing are listed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to (a) violate any law or third- party right, (b) upload malware or interfere with the Service's operation, (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, (d) reverse engineer or resell the Service without our written consent, or (e) use the Service to send unsolicited communications.

6. Customer Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”), including issue reports, photos, comments, and operational records. We will only use Customer Data to operate and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, branding, and content created by us, is owned by StayOps Pro and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a non- exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your hotel's internal business operations only.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the Billing page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay, or pose a security risk. On termination, your access ends and (after a 30-day grace period) Customer Data may be permanently deleted.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non- infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayOps Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of this Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Wisconsin. You and StayOps Pro consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
